‼️ U.S. Treasury department sanctions Russian VTB Bank for helping Iran evade sanctions.
As a result of today’s action, any assets belonging to VTB Bank that are in the U.S. or controlled by U.S. persons are blocked. Companies or other entities that are 50% or more owned, directly or indirectly, by VTB Bank are also subject to the same restrictions.
